A branch, regulated by Section 7 of the Commercial Code (No. 513/1991 Coll.), is a subsidiary branch of a company owned by a foreign entity having a seat at the territory of the Slovak Republic. In order for a branch of a foreign entity to be able to carry out its business activities, it has to be registered in the Commercial Register. The entrepreneur´s name is considered to be the business name of such a branch.
Registered capital does not need to be paid up in order to register a branch in the Commercial Register, for such capital has been paid up in a country of a registered office of the mother company.
After receiving a telephone or email order, we send you a form for completion, which is necessary to establish a branch. Documents for foundation of a branch are subsequently prepared within 24 hours. After signing the documents, the whole procedure of the branch foundation is carried out by our company on the grounds of a contract, which guarantees you the foundation of your branch on time and under the agreed terms and conditions.
