Entrepreneurs with this type of licence can only buy CPS from entrepreneurs licensed to distribute spirits, and only sell it to final consumers. Application for granting a licence to sell spirits is issued by a respective customs office in the district seat. Such offices allocate applicants a registration number of an authorised CPS seller.
