- Are available in the Commercial Register
- have an assigned identification number of organisation (IČO)
- have obtained certificates for trading– trade licences
- are registered for income tax purposes, i.e. they have been assigned a tax identification number (DIČ), or a VAT registration number (as required)
- have not been carrying out any economic activities
- have fully paid up their registered capital, i.e. registered capital pay-up is not necessary
- are immediately available for sale
- fulfil all preconditions for a smooth sale of companies

How to proceed:

- we will subsequently send you an email, including a list of data necessary to transfer a company
- within 24 hours after receiving the data, we prepare your documents for signing
- we verify the signed documents electronically and send them to the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic
- after changing a business name in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic, we send you an extract from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic.
